First I get a recall notice from Scotte Clarke, and now this. I sure wish we could all get thru this petty stuff soon so we could get back to the real city business.
The funny thing is that any records of Potter’s so called “work” – especially the current letter on file where he as a citizen tries to defend Hart Street – would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was incompetent beyond belief. Potter can’t spell or write a correct sentence – and the city got billed for lawyer time to “teach” the so-called planning director the difference between quasi-judicial and legislative planning paths in Oregon.
Oh please! please! can we have a lawyer try to defend Potter’s “work” – that would be funnier than the fact that in about 7 hours of official hearings on the DENIED urban reserves, Potter made it to the testimony table ONCE to say “I couldn’t say” when asked about buildable lot inventory. It was HILARIOUS that the planning di-rector couldn’t defend his own years and years and years of INCOMPETENT PLANNING! LOL – no one deserves to be in the unemployment plan more than Potter! I hope some lawyer takes him for all the $$$ he is worth – just like he, mayor Clarke, silly lawyer Crean, Atkins and the rest of the good old boys ripped off the city for hundreds of thousands of dollars of NOW DENIED INEPT PLANNING!
